Background:
Transitions was established in May of 1999 as a clinical hypnotherapy and self-empowerment business. In 2007 Yvette discovered her clairaudience abilities. She has now added Clairaudience and Spirit Channeling to her list of services, thus the name change to: Transitions & Harmonies. Since the inception of Transitions Hypnotherapy and now Transitions & Harmonies, Yvette has facilitated empowerment workshops and presentations throughout Alberta and areas of the Yukon, along with individual empowerment sessions.
Yvette remains very committed and motivated
toward her career and her goal while assisting others to find clarity and
direction in theirs.

It is the belief of Transitions that the majority of the people are not living their lives according to their definite and destined purpose, the core purpose that they were created for. This creates individual confusion and chaos. Considering that every thought we think is creating our future.
Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Clairvoyance and Channeling provides the tools that are needed to unravel the mental confusion and chaos, to define purpose and to raise the awareness of our true unlimited potential.
